🚀 What is the XFR Token?

XFR (funraise token) is the native token of the funraise ecosystem. It’s not just another cryptocurrency—it’s your gateway to be part of a new way of investing in real-world assets, combining blockchain, gamification, and decentralized finance.

XFR offers multiple advantages for holders actively participating in the ecosystem:

• 30% of the platform's revenue is distributed among users who stake XFR.
• Rewards are paid in USDC, not XFR—this prevents inflation and ensures real, stable income.

• Each time a user transfers XFR, 0.5% of the transferred amount is automatically burned.
• This mechanism applies to all transfers without exception, enhancing token value and rewarding long-term holders.

3️⃣ Participation in the DAO*

• A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) will be launched to enable community-driven governance.
• XFR holders will be able to vote on key decisions shaping the future of the ecosystem.

■ It has a built-in deflationary mechanism → Each XFR transfer reduces the total available supply automatically. This means that the more the token is used, the scarcer it becomes.

■ Access to exclusive perks → Depending on your stake, you'll be eligible for special sales featuring unique items for holders and exclusive discounts in the future.

🔥 Automatic Burning Mechanism

Each time an XFR transfer is executed, 0.5% of the transferred amount is automatically burned. This mechanism:

• Is fully automatic, executed on-chain, with no manual intervention.
• Applies to all transfers without exception: wallet-to-wallet transfers, DEX swaps (e.g., Raydium or Jupiter), purchases, sales, or any movement between addresses on Solana.
• Is transparent and fully verifiable on-chain.

💡 Example:

• Transferring 1,000 XFR → The recipient receives 995 XFR, and 5 XFR is burned.
• Staking 100 XFR → 0.5 XFR is burned.

🔹 Supply Distribution

✅ The total supply is designed and distributed to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability.

💰 Pre-Sale Model

The public sale will be divided into three phases, with tiered pricing to incentivize early participation.

✅ Prices increase progressively, incentivizing early adopters and maximizing fundraising.

✅ All the tokens that you have acquired in the pre-sale, although they will have a vesting period, can be staked from the launch of the platform to start generating returns. This action will be excluded from burning.

✅ There is no fixed deadline for the pre-sale, as the priority is to build a strong and sustainable liquidity foundation.

✅ XFR will launch with a guaranteed floor price of $0.10 USD.

✅ If the pre-sale target is not reached within one year, the remaining tokens will be burned, and liquidity will be created with the funds raised respecting the original token distribution.

To avoid selling pressure and stabilize the token price, the following vesting policy will apply:

• Pre-Sale tokens
  • 10% unlocked 60 days after the XFR token pre-sale ends.
  • Then 5% unlocked every 30 days.
• Team & Development
  • 5% locked for 1.5 years after the XFR token pre-sale ends.
  • Then 5% additional unlocked every 30 days.
• Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • 80% linear vesting for 12 months (6.66% monthly) after the pre-sale ends.
  • The remaining 20% ​​is non-vesting.
• Strategic Reserves & DAO
  • Fully locked for 1.5 after the XFR token pre-sale ends.

✅ This model allows for immediate liquidity without compromising market stability.

🔐 Security-first design

At the time of issuance, 76.4% of XFR tokens will be locked under a vesting scheme. Once the liquidity is created and locked, this proportion rises to 94.4% of the total issuance. This locking is not done in wallets under control of the team, but through auditable and public smart contracts, which eliminates any possibility of manipulation, improper access or anticipated use.

No one, including the founding team, will be able to sell, transfer or access these tokens before predefined deadlines.

This design eliminates the risk of rug pulls and sets a standard of trust and transparency for the entire investment community.
